Regional Sales Manager – North United Kingdom (Field-Based)

We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-potential territory across the North of England. This is a field-based role focused on winning new business, developing strategic accounts, and driving adoption of innovative diagnostic and digital healthcare solutions.

You will take full ownership of your region, operating with a strong “hunter” mindset, building pipeline, opening doors, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships across NHS and private healthcare environments.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Generating new business through proactive outreach, networking, and field engagement
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline from first contact through to close
  • Developing relationships with clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders
  • Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments
  • Delivering presentations, proposals, and tailored commercial solutions
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven success in new business sales within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or a regulated B2B environment
  • Experience engaging with NHS or private healthcare organisations
  • A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence a range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a territory effectively
