About the Opportunity

They are now seeking a dynamic, experienced Regional Business Manager to oversee their Southern UK operations. This role blends leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales with strategic market development. You’ll lead a team of three Business Development Managers and report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management – Oversee sales, customer relations, and training in the allocated region.
- Team Leadership – Inspire and support a team of Business Development Managers to exceed their targets and maintain alignment with business values.
- Coaching & Development – Mentor team members to improve capabilities and drive performance.
- Strategic Execution – Implement regional business strategies to deliver growth and achieve KPIs.
- Market Insights – Monitor trends and competitor activity to guide tactical adjustments.
- Client Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
- Compliance & Governance – Ensure full adherence to industry and company standards.
- Escalations – Handle complex customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
What We're Looking For

A proven track record in a Regional Manager or comparable leadership role.

At least 3 years’ experience in compression therapy or a similar medical device market.

In-depth understanding of the NHS and private healthcare environments.

Strong experience managing teams with varied backgrounds and skill levels.

Knowledge of NHS supply chains, tenders, and formularies.

Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
