Project Delivery Director - US Based 

We are partnering with a leading global CRO to appoint a Project Delivery Director (PDD) to support the delivery of complex, global clinical trials. This is a high-impact role within a growing organisation, offering the opportunity to work closely with biotech and biopharma sponsors across late-phase development programmes.

The Role

As a Project Delivery Director, you will lead the delivery of multi-regional and global clinical studies, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.

This is a hands-on leadership role while not always involving direct line management, you will play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring project managers, and acting as a trusted partner to clients.

You will sit at the centre of delivery, balancing operational execution, financial oversight, and strategic client engagement.
