Greater Paris / Île-de-France East & South

Location: Île-de-France, France (Field-based)
Employment type: Permanent, full-time

Package: €56,000 base salary + 15% bonus (€66,000 OTE) plus benefits

The company
Our client is a leading global medical technology company with a long-established reputation for innovation in minimally invasive healthcare. Due to continued growth in their urology business, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a key territory in central Paris and Hauts-de-Seine.

The opportunity
This is a genuine territory ownership role. You'll be responsible for growing revenue and protecting margin across an established customer base while opening doors with new accounts. Working closely with urologists, theatre teams, department heads and procurement, you'll act as a trusted adviser, helping hospitals find the right clinical and operational solutions from a well-regarded product portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning sales performance across your territory and delivering against agreed targets
  • Building and executing account plans for priority hospitals and clinics
  • Prospecting proactively to win new business alongside developing existing customers
  • Running on-site product demonstrations for clinicians and decision-makers
  • Tailoring solutions to each customer's clinical needs and supporting implementation
  • Working with internal specialist teams on proposals and public tender submissions
  • Negotiating commercial agreements within pricing guidelines and ensuring contract compliance
  • Keeping accurate CRM records, forecasting reliably and sharing insight on market and competitor activity

What we're looking for

  • Fluent French and English
  • Situated in the territory region
  • Degree-level education or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, ideally urology
  • A track record of hitting targets in a hospital or secondary-care setting
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence engaging both clinical and commercial stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and well organised, comfortable working autonomously
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Backgrounds that would suit this role
Urology or endourology devices, minimally invasive surgical technologies, medical capital equipment, surgical or clinical product specialist roles, or hospital-based territory management.

Why apply?
You'll join a globally respected healthcare business with a strong portfolio, real autonomy, and direct commercial ownership of a high-value territory, with excellent exposure to clinical leaders and strategic account work in one of the company's core therapy areas.
