Ella Marshall

Ella joined Quiddity Talent Solutions as our Digital Marketing Executive at the beginning of her apprenticeship journey, bringing with her a strong background in recruitment, business development and social media management.

With over three years’ experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, Ella has developed a deep understanding of client relationships, candidate engagement and brand positioning. Alongside her recruitment expertise, she has hands-on experience managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, creating engaging content and supporting digital growth strategies.

At Quiddity, Ella supports our marketing and digital presence across the Life Sciences, MedTech and Biotech sectors. Her role focuses on content creation, brand development and strengthening our online engagement as we continue to grow.

Creative, proactive and people-focused, she is passionate about developing new skills, gaining valuable industry experience and making a meaningful impact as part of the Quiddity team.
